The following are some of the Society's policies which are particularly relevant to members in their research and use of the Society Library. The Council sees the formulation and distribution of these documents (and other policies and procedures) as very important for the smooth operation of the Society. The documents form part of the three essential items for good governance: the Constitution and by-laws, policies and associated procedures. The Constitution is made available to every new member as part of their induction package. The following policies have been prepared and approved by Council:
