The following is a list of the Society's policies. The Council sees the formulating and distribution of these documents as very important for the smooth operations of the Society. The documents form part of the three essential items for good governance: the Constitution, the by-laws, and policies.

The Constitution is made available to every new member as part of their induction package. A review committee is currently examining the Constitution.

The by-laws are currently being reviewed.
