It is very important to record history of the
society. Like many family historians the Society itself is often
so busy researching the history of others that we forget about
documenting our own.
In this section of the site we intend to correct that oversight.
Maybe you can help us with a contribution about something in the
past that is worth reporting?
When the Society was established the Library was a couple of
suitcases taken to meetings by the librarians and now we have
a collection exceeding 20,000 items located at our own freehold
property in Unley. A tremendous growth in just thirty years! You
can read about via the link above labelled Homes.
Other links will take you to various other items of historical
interest about the Society.
